1. PROJECT SCHEDULING
• Male / Female with max. age is 35 years old
• Education background Bachelor of Engineering (S1 Civil, Mechanical, Electricity Engineering) from a reputable university with minimum GPA 2,8
• Max. age 35 years old
• Working experience min. 3 year experience in projects or field.
• Technical Skills :
- Excellent in read Engineering drawings for all discipline (Civil, Mechanical/Piping, Electrical and Instrument)
- Understand and know about Project Management (including estimation, scheduling)
- Understand and know about Construction techniques
• Software skills :
- Able to operate Microsoft Offices (MS. Excel, MS. Word, MS. Power Point, MS. Access)
- Mandatory able to operate Primavera (preferable having Primavera certificate)
- MS Project
• Others :
- Good team work
- Good communication
- Good / active in English and Mandarin
- Hard worker and high motivation
- Can work under pressure and tight target
- Willing to work at site
2. CIVIL ENGINEERING
• Male / Female, max. age is 45 years old
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma s Degree or Bachelor s degree in Engineering - Civil, Mechanical or Electrical with minimum IPK 2,8
• Experienced at Power Plant Construction (PLTU) min. 5 years
• Excellent in Autocad and MS Office
• Hardworking, proactive, good team work, flexible
• Willing to work at site (Bau-Bau, Ambon, Bintan)
3. SITE MANAGER
• Male, max. age is 45 years old
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor s degree in Engineering- Civil
• At least min. 5 years of working experiences
• Expertise in Power Plant Construction
• Expertise in HSE (Health Safety Environment) and Piping Plan
4. SECRETARY PROJECT
• Female, max. age is 28 years old
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma s degree in Secretarial with min. IPK 2,8
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
• Good in secretarial job and administration
• Communicate in English both oral and written, Mandarin is advantage
• Good computer literature
• Creative, Fast learner, Hardworker
5. ADMIN PROJECT
• Female, max. age is 28 years old
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma s degree / Bachelor s degree with Majoring Mandarin Language / Literature with min. IPK 2, 8
• At least 1 – 2 years experiences
• Familiar with MS Office
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
6. FINANCE & ACCOUNTING STAFF
• Male & Female, max age 35 years old
• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor degree from reputable university majoring in accounting or finance with min. IPK 2,8
• Have minimal of 3 years experience in accounting and finance
• Must have knowledge in both accounting and finance
• Knowledge in taxation is a plus
• Proficiency in English language
• Accurate, responsible, hard-working and have leadership skill
• Good in administrative job, organized and efficient
• Able to work under pressure and highly initiative
7. LEGAL OFFICER
• Male with max age 35 years old
• Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable university majoring in Law Faculty with min. IPK 2,8
• Working Experience at least 3 (three) years in the related field
• Have ability in preparing Contract Document
• Familiar with MS Office
• Proficiency in English language
• Good communication, dynamic and pro active
8. EXPORT / IMPORT STAFF
• Female / Male maximum age 28 years old
• Min. Diploma or Bachelor degree any discipline
• Min. 1 year of experience as Export / Import Staff
• Have strong knowledge with Indonesian Regulation on Customs
• Knowledge of Computer “Microsoft Office” (Word, Excel)
• Have knowledge about EDY System, PEB & PIB
• Knowledge of preparing documents against Letter of Credit (EXIM documentation)
• Strong and effective communication skill in English both oral and written
9. DRAFTER
• Male maximum age 30 years old
• Min. Technical High School / STM, Diploma or Bachelor degree Civil Engineering
• Min. 2 year of experience
• Knowledge of Computer “Microsoft Office” (Word, Excel), Autocad 2D & 3D Max
• Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up
• Expertise in Power Plant Construction
• Willing to work at site (Bau-Bau, Ambon, Bintan)
10. SURVEYOR
• Male maximum age 40 years old
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma s Degree or Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering
• Min. 5 year of experience
• Knowledge of Computer “Microsoft Office” (Word, Excel), Autocad and Survey Programs
• Expertise in Power Plant Construction
• Fluency in both oral and written English
• Willing to work at site (Bau-Bau, Ambon, Bintan)
