AMEC Berca Indonesia (ABI), AMEC's Indonesian joint venture company with CCM Group, based in Jakarta, has been awarded an engineering design contract for TOTAL E&P Indonesie's Tunu Phase 12 gas and condensate field in the Mahakam river delta, East Kalimantan, Indonesia.

This is the fifth contract undertaken by ABI for TOTAL in Indonesia in the past twelve months, bringing the total value of work to over £4m (US$8m). The contract was awarded by local EPC contractor, PT KALIRAYA SARI, and involves the detailed design of three Gathering and Testing Satellite (GTS) platforms, two offshore and one onshore, including tie-ins to the existing facilities.

1. SENIOR / LEAD PROCESS ENGINEER (JP-LPR)

• Min. bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering
• At least 10 – 15 years of electrical design and implementation experience in oil and gas both onshore and offshore facilities & equipment

2. SENIOR / LEAD MECHANICAL ENGINEER (JP – LME)

• Min. bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 10 -15 years of mechanical design in various Rotating Equipment both onshore and offshore facilities & equipment

3. SENIOR / LEAD ELECTRICAL ENGINEER (JP – LEE)

• Min. bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering
• At least 10 – 15 years of electrical design and implementation experience in oil and gas both onshore and offshore facilities & equipment

4. SENIOR / LEAD INSTRUMENTAL ENGINEER (JP – LIN)

• Min. bachelor degree in Physics Engineering
• At least 10 – 15 years of instrument & control system experience in oil and gas both onshore and offshore facilities & equipment

5. SENIOR / LEAD PIPING ENGINEER (JP – LPI)

• Min. bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 10 -15 years experience in oil and gas facilities both onshore and offshore facilities & equipment
• Well verse with CAESAR II and AUTOCAD/PDS/PDMS software would be added advantage

6. SENIOR / LEAD STRUCTURAL/CIVIL ENGINEER (JP – LST)

• Min. bachelor degree in Civil/Ocean Engineering
• At least 10 – 15 years experience in oil and gas both onshore and offshore facilities & equipment

7. DESIGNER (JP – DSR)

• Min. Senior High School
• At least 2 years experience in oil and gas company (piping/ E&I/ Mechanical/ Process/ Civil/ Structural)
• Ability to use PDMS design and recent version of AUTOCAD

8. DRAFTER (JP – DRF)

• Min. Senior High School
• At least 4 years experience in oil and gas company
• Able to operate AutoCad

GENERAL REQUIREMENT:

• Good verbal and written communication skills in the English language
• Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge productive working relationships with all personnel
• Personal motivation and self learning ability
• Ability to cope in a positive and productive manner within a high-pressure environment, while handling a large amount of detail as expected in large Projects with aggressive schedules
• Able to work on own initiative and within a team
• Strong technical/engineering skills with a through knowledge of applicable Codes and Standards plus a working knowledge of other discipline activities

Requirements:
• Male or Female. Preferably National, Regional Engineers will be considered.
• University Degree.
• Willingness to travel and take on short term assignments in our regional offices.
• Minimum experience in the same position as above for oil and gas design engineering of 8 years, additional experience in installation will be an advantage• Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
