• At least 5 years experience as Contract Engineer at EPC Company
• Excellent written and verbal in English

8. Marine Specialist

• Bachelor Degree of Science in Engineering
• Have at least 5 (five) years applicable experience in off shore oil & gas FSO/FPSO operation facilities & maintenance or D3 graduated in Marine with at least 10 (ten) years applicable experience in off shore oil & gas FSO/FPSO operation facilities & maintenance.
• Has Broad of perspective of project management, production, maintenance and engineering knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication skills & been working in operation team responsible for coordination of overall FSO/FPSO operation facilities & maintenance operation activities.
• Familiar with EHS, industrial codes & standards, procedures in execution operations
• The candidate must have good oral and written English communication skills with pleasant disposition, proficient in MS office and IT savvy.

9. Material Specialist

a. Minimum D3 graduated with at least 5 (five) years applicable experience in oil & gas including at least 2 (two) years in project material function.
b. Has knowledge of applicable industry practices, applicable government regulations
c. Experiences working in project team responsible for procurement on similar project and experiences in the use of computer program applicable to the control of procurement and expediting of project materials
d. The candidate must have good oral and written English communication skills

10. Sr. Proposal & Bid Estimator Engineer

Responsibilities

• Preparing Technical Proposal with Operation Dept (e.g. Project Execution and Quality Plan)
• Liaise with internal departments (QHSE, Engineering, Finance &Accounting, Procurement) regarding tender requirements that must be fulfilled by internal departments and compile them into a proposal package that met these tender requirements within the agreed deadlines.
• Assisting with coordination of all pre-award correspondence with the client.
• Assisting with tender pre-qualification submissions.
• Updating the Proposals Leader/Tender Manager on a regular basis about progress and areas of difficulty.
• Providing input for the estimating process and reviewing output.
• Assisting in the coordination of full handover to the Project Manager after award
