1. Mine Operation Supervisor

To Coordinate and supervise all primary and supporting mining activities that is conducted by contractor or subcontractor to ensure that the implementation is aligned to the plan and comply with all regulations of safety and environment, hence all the activities can be conducted safely and environmental friendly.

Qualifications:

~ Possess a diploma or bachelor degree in Mine Engineering or Geology.
~ Minimum 4 years of working experience in mining area and hauling road supervision.
~ Pengawas Operasional Pratama competence certified.
~ Strong in analytical skills with high attention to detail.
~ Excellent in time management skills to handle multiple tasks and following through on projects and handling multiple tasks.

2. Mine Plan Engineer

To provide short term mine plan, review, and develop the short term plan periodically with considerations of long term mine plan to ensure the production target will be achieved.

Qualification:

~ Possess a bachelor degree in Mine Engineering.
~ Minimum 3 years of working experience as Mine Plan Engineer.
~ Pengawas Operational Pratama competence certified.
~ Able to operate mine plan software (Minescape, Surpac and Xpac).
~ Excellent in time management skills to handle multiple tasks and following through on projects and handling multiple tasks.

To manage, monitor, review, evaluate and improve the performance of coal mining contractor or subcontractor to ensure that all primary and supporting mining activities are conducted aligned to the plan, comply with HSE regulation and meet the operational budget.

Qualification:

~ Possess a bachelor degree in Mine Engineering.
~ Minimum 5 years of working experience in contractor management area.
~ Pengawas Operational Madya competence certified.
~ Strong leadership and communication skill.
~ Control & Monitor Coal Handling from Pit to Port.
~ Excellent in time management skills to handle multiple tasks and following through on projects and handling multiple tasks.

3. Quality Control Engineer

To implement coal quality procedure/standardization strictly in stockpile management, loading vessel and blending ratio to attain high quality level and zero contamination.

Qualification:

~ Min. S1 majoring Geological or Chemistry.
~ Minimum 3 years of working experience in coal quality analyses and sampling in coal mining company.
~ Concern with all coal quality administration, familiar with spreadsheet computer program to generate reliable reports, statistic computation.
~ Control & Monitor Coal Handling from Pit to Port.
~ Pengawas Operasional Pratama competence certified.

4. External Relation Officer

Responsible to maintain strong and close presence or communication to all local communities at the lowest level possible, local government and other stakeholders in specific area.

Qualification:

~ Minimum S1 majoring Law, Administration, Social Science or related subject.
~ Minimum 5 years of working experience in external relation in a coal mine industry.
~ Excellent communication and negotiation skill.
~ Able to speak local language (Banjar) will be an advantage.

1. Deputy Port Manager

To assist Port Manager in managing overall Port Operation, stockpile management, coal quality, transshipment, shipping documentation, scheduling, port logistic, and has knowledge of other documentation in mining and coal industry, coal invoicing, etc.

Qualification:

• S1 in Marine/Mining Engineering,
  
• Requires 7 years port supervision experience,
  
• Certified as Pengawas Operasional Madya (POM),
  
• Demonstrated management and leadership skill,
  
• Experience in port operation, stockpile management, coal quality, transshipment, shipping documentation, scheduling, port logistic, and has knowledge of other documentation in mining and coal industry, coal invoicing, etc.,
  
• Ability to conduct regulator agency (government) and local community visit and interact appropriately,
  
• Interpersonal skill to deal with concerns and needs of site personnel,
  
• Ability to manage projects and team leadership skill required,
  
• Good command in English and computer literate.

2. Port Supervisor

Responsible for stockpile management, supervising coal crushing plant operation, coal loading & unloading.

Qualification:

• S1 in Mining/Geological Engineering,
  
• Requires 5 years mine supervision experience, and handling coal port,
  
• Certified as Pengawas Operational Pratama (POP),
  
• Demonstrated management and leadership skill,
  
• Experience in stockpile management, crushing, loading and unloading coal,
  
• Ability to manage small projects and team leadership skill required,
  
• Good command in English and computer literate.

3. Mining Engineer

Reports to Operation Manager, this position will be responsible for cost estimating & controlling, project planning and scheduling, as well as contract management (contract evaluating & monitoring).

Qualification:

• S1 in Mining/Geological/Civil Engineering,
  
• Above 6 years experiences in related cost engineering in a coal mining industry,
  
• Experience in cost estimating & controlling, project planning and scheduling, as well as contract management (contract evaluating & monitoring),
  
• High level of computer literacy,
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels,
  
• Driven to achieve the highest Integrity, Safety & Health.
