IT Business System Officer (IT-BSO)
Responsibilities:

• Manage IT Business System (i.e. SAP, Human Capital, FuturMaster, Hyperion)
• Manage IT Business System project implementation (consulting partner, key users,
• Business process requirements, improvement, change management, working schedules, system deliverables, training, manuals, etc.)
• Manage IT Business System control to comply with the company IT Security Policy
• Ensure proper support is in place and accessible by everyone in need

Requirements:

• S1 Degree from Information Technology / Computer Science from reputable university
• Working experience min 3 - 5 years in MNC and SAP system will be prioritized
• IT Business System knowledge (i.e. SAP, Human Capital, FuturMaster, Hyperion, Dynamics NAV)
• Project Management
• Ability to solve problems quickly, automate processes, independent and self-direction.
• Having experience in system infrastructure and technical skill would be considered as a plus point
• Fluent in English (verbal and written) is a must
• Strong leadership, good interpersonal skill, and communication skill
• Hardworking and able to work under time pressure
