HHRMA Hotel Career Info. Hard Rock Hotel Bali is urgently looking for the following positions:
ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Four (4) years experience in a similar position
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Must be able to speak, read and write in English
- Proven Leadership skills
- Certified Train the Trainer
- Experienced in Preventive Maintenance and Project Supervision
- Able to read and interpret operating & maintenance manuals and construction drawings
- Display a thorough understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, Air Conditioning & Plumbing within a hotel environment
- Good knowledge of chillers, boilers and refrigeration
- Well versed in Energy conservation initiatives, and occupational health & safety practices
- Experienced in office procedures, ordering materials, inventory control systems, blue printing, etc.
ASSISTANT HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER
- Minimum Diploma III or Bachelor Degree in Hotel & Tourism Management
- Two (2) years experience in a similar position in a 4/5 Star Hotel
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Must be able to speak, read and write in English
- Proven Leadership skills
- Certified Train the Trainer
- Familiar with Fidelio or other hotel computer system
- Effective computer skills, knowledge of accounting programs and budget analysis
- Has good knowledge of Laundry Operations
