Requirements:

* Min Diploma degree from tourism school
* Has Cook experiences
* Has HACCP Certificates

* Knowledge in inventory and management system

Offshore HSE Advisor (Jakarta)
Requirements:

* Min Diploma degree
* Internationally recognized qualification in occupational health and safety
* ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001
* Knowledge will be an advantage
* Technical writing and computer skills

HR Supervisor/Manager (Jakarta)
Requirements:

* Min Bachelor degree
* Excellent knowledge in Labor Law and its application in the company

Welding Engineer (Batam)
Requirements:

* Metallurgical engineer degree from reputable university
* Having knowledge of welding/material

HSE Trainer (Batam)
Requirements:

* Min Diploma / Bachelor degree
* Successful track record in managing a team
* Plans organizes and executes activities and project well & in advance

General Requirements:

* Indonesian
* Fluency in written and spoken English
* Computer literate, MS Office skill
* Min 3 years working experience in similar position, offshore experience will be advantageous
* Work experience and demonstrated ability of oral and written communication may be substituted in lieu of formal education
* Willing to travel to companies other regional facilities in Batam, Singapore or offshore

HSE TRAINER (HSE-Tr)
Essentials job duties:
Support the HSE Head of School in the planning and management of the overall training activities for the HSE School. Deliver trainings on HSE subject areas mandated by Statutory and Corporate requirements in both English and Bahasa Indonesia. Review, update and ensure overall effectiveness of HSE School programs & maintains records. Lead a team of training executives / trainers by providing them with clear achievable goals.

Key Requirements:
A degree holder with at least 4-5 years of experience in a HSE technical role. Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Ability to analyze HSE regulations & policies from government and corporate requirements and develop appropriate training solutions. Excellent training delivery / presentation skills. Proven track record in managing a team / unit / department. Plans, organizes and executes activities and projects well & in advance. Works in systematic, methodical, orderly, proactive and independent manner with minimal supervision. Having certifications in AK3, First Aid, PTW, Confined Space, ERT along with other would be greatly advantageous. Sets high standards for quality.
