Madhani will pursue projects both as a contractor, providing quality services, and also as a Project Investor and Project Developer.

PT. Madhani Talatah Nusantara (Madhani) operates a modern fleet of owned and rental equipment, which is maintained by Madhani maintenance personnel, using strick daily service regimes and planned maintenance systems to ensure high equipment availability and reliability.
Madhani operates various equipments from small up to 250 Tonne class.
PT. Madhani Talatah Nusantara a company which provides specialized construction and mining contracting services to the resources sector through-out Indonesia is seeking suitably qualified and experienced personnel for the following position:
Project Cost Controller - Site Project based (Code: PCC)
Jakarta Raya - Kalimantan Timur, Kalimantan Selatan
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with cost reduction initiative in project site.
- Provide project cost performance report and variance analysis
- Provide assistance to prepare budget and forecast.
- Provide physical major stock count and analyzing of production target achievement as well as periodic equipments availability
- Monitor project costing allocation are corrected and properly posted to the system.
- Oversees project’s invoicing process as well as recognizing periodic accruals against its contractual agreement.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Engineering or Accounting (Bachelor degree/S1)
- 3 years working as cost controller in mining related industry
- Has high exposure in mining business processes which includes recognizing & analyzing the cost drivers
- Advance in Excel and preferably has basic knowledge in Datastream & SUN
- Good analytical thinking & interpersonal skills
- Good in English writting and speaking (presentation)
- Willingness to be placed at project site in Kalimantan
- Work Roster 8 : 2
Senior Maintenance Planner
Jakarta Raya
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience as a maintenance planner.
- Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Heavy Equipment Maintenance and repair.
- Good knowledge on maintenance planning and costing
- Good knowledge on heavy equipment major component and it's cost
- Good understanding of Maintenance schedule & Unschedule
- Will be placed at our Head Office (CIlandak, South Jakarta)
- 2 Full-Time positions available.
Assets Superintendent

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical automotive, Material Science, or Mining).
- Having basic knowledge about heavy equipment with 5 years experience..
- Good understanding about Depreciacy Calculation, owning & Operating cost, and Plant rate calculation.
- Good Understanding on Heavy equipment major parts component.
- have a good proficiency of Microsoft Wndows.
