The Shareholders believe there is a significant gap in management style and quality of services offered by foreign owned and managed contracting companies, compared to those provided by locally-owned and managed companies.

Madhani has the required management style to fill this gap, as evidenced by Madhani's rapidly expanding client base. Madhani is able to offer high quality services comparable with foreign-owner contractors.

Madhani will pursue projects both as a contractor, providing quality services, and also as a Project Investor and Project Developer.

Madhani will only seek to provide contract services to clients/investors/project developers who are aligned with Madhani in theirs business outlook and objectives, and where there is opportunity to form long-term stable relationships, amenable to growing our respective business, equitably and profitably.


PT. Madhani Talatah Nusantara (Madhani) operates a modern fleet of owned and rental equipment, which is maintained by Madhani maintenance personnel, using strick daily service regimes and planned maintenance systems to ensure high equipment availability and reliability.
Madhani operates various equipments from small up to 250 Tonne class.

Recruitment Officer, Jr
Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Selatan
Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.
  • GPA minimum 2,75 from reputable company.
  • Have Min. 1 Year Experience in related position.
  • Have a good Knowledge on Psychological Tools
  • 1 Full-Time positions available.
  • Willingness to be assigned to our projects in Kalimantan.




Site Administrator-Site based (Code: SADM)
Jakarta Raya, Kalimantan Selatan, Kalimantan Timur
Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Law, Management, Psychology
  • Maximum age : 40 years old
  • Preferred minimum 3 years experiences in doing HRGA matters at the Mining Industry
  • Experienced in implementing National Labor Regulations such as Peraturan Ketenagakerjaan, PPHI, Kepmen perubahan perundang-undangan
  • Experienced in handling insurance matters such as Jamsostek
  • Experienced in Payroll system and tax pph21
  • Experienced in doing recruitment activities for driver/operator and mechanic heavy equipment and others non staff position
  • Experienced in conducting Walk in Interview
  • Experienced in Industrial Relations/Community Developments.
  • Willingness to work in remote areas (at our sites in Kalimantan) with work roster schedule
