Technical Development
Medan (Sumatera Utara) - Medan
Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing consultancy services and/or conduct system setting up as assgned
  • Provide functional and technical support on ERP solutions to business proce
  • Perform system feasibility studies, analysis and design to meet user requirements and application
  • Design, configure, code and test programs to support the application systems development plan
  • Identify and translate system requirements into software design documentation
  • Configure, test and deploy solutions based on business blueprints
  • Assist in development of internal and external presentation, client reports and proposal


Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Medan.
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

HR Executive
Sumatera Utara - Medan
Responsibilities:

  • Conduct recruitment processes for staff, sourcing candidate, shortlist applications, test and interview, and ensure recruitment processes are complete and conform with company’s procedure. 
  • Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources 
  • Administer Selection Test and ensure updated with hiring department’s requirement
  • Assist in preparing, process and control all documents and permits for expatriates in order to obtain legal permit for working and living conform with current government regulations.
  • Administer on-boarding process and conduct new employee orientations
  • Prepare HR paper work such Personnel Details, Employment Agreement in HR related matters for new employee, promotion, transfer, change of status employment, and provide HR administration assistance & maintain human resource data bases, both computer software systems and manual filing systems
  • Administer exit process and ensure the clearance process is conduct properly
  • Assist in Coordinate and monitor the implementation of Performance Appraisal process
  • Provide and maintain Training Administration 


Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree from any major, an education in Human Resources would be a definite asset
  • Training in recruitment and interviewing skills a definite asset
  • Experience interviewing, assessing and hiring staff
  • Goodcommunication skills and interpersonal skill
  • Good command in English, verbal and written
  • 3 - 4 years work experience in a HR Generalist role





SAP Analyst,OSM
Sumatera Utara - Medan, Indonesia
Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing support to end users in area of SAP Operations and/or Applications.
  • Responsible for day to day support of SAP operations
  • Attend to end user queries and requests and recommend solutions
  • Provide functional and technical support on SAP solutions to business process
  • Perform system feasibility studies, analysis and design to meet user requirements and application
  • Design, configure, code and test programs to support the application systems development plan
  • Participate in rollout, enhancement and upgrade projects as and when they arise


Requirements:

  • Must possess Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Industrial, Mathematics, Accounting, Management. 
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience is preferred.  Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Has strong analytical skills and problem solving skills with the ability to work independently & effectively as a team.
  • Able to think creatively and solve complex technical problems
  • Able to work in multi-national team under pressure and within tight deadline
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relation skill, ability to communication effectively with people from all levels and culture
  • Pleasant disposition, meticulous, independent, able to work within team and willing to work after hours when need arises
  • Able to communicate in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is a must
