Responsibilities:
- Create in depth analysis from local survey.
- Create improvement action plan for customer touch point area.
- Monitor and review action plan implementation.
- Prepare countermeasure for missed action plan.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in statistics, industrial engineering, and informatics engineering, with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
- Has 1 year experience in possesses survey and data analysis.
- Able to operate SPPS.
- Single/married, age 25-35 years old.
- Have high analytical thinking, numerical ability, logic of verbal, good perspective, and more on accuracy.
- Computer literate, fast learned, can work underpressure, available to work overtime, willing to travel, and hard working.
- Able to communicate in Indonesia and English.
- Have good interpersonal relationship, communication skill and able to work in team
- Have interest in automotive.
