Financial Advisor (Jakarta Raya)
Requirements:

* Hold Bachelor degree in Banking, Finance, Economic or other relevant discipline
* 2 years above experience in marketing funding or CS or marketing on Corporate banking or retail Bank
* Possesses AAJI and WAPERD License
* Currently holding substantial customer portfolio/customer base would be an advantage
* Fluent in English speaking and written.
* Mandarin speaking would be an advantage

RECRUITMENT

In this position you will handle Recruitment & Selection process with good quality of work and accuracy. You will responsible for conducting internal and external recruitment process and administration for all level. Ensure that the company hires only people with the right talent, ability and behavior. Select applicants and conduct interview and screening process (Psycho Test and Medical Check Up). In this position you will need excellent skill in Interview, preferable for Behavioral Event Interview. You have to bachelor degree majoring Psychology/ HR Management. Experience in HR 1-2 years especially for Recruitment & Selection Unit. Have excellent knowledge in banking industry. You are expected to be fluent in English.
