The general qualifications are:

Posses relevant experience and skill for the position applied minimum for 2 (two) years
(1,2,3)
Posses good communication and interpersonal skill, creative, dynamic, innovative and service oriented
Strong leadership (1,2,3)
Detail person and focus on high standard of quality
Fluent in English both spoken and written is a must
Good appearance & well groomed
Smart, confident & positive attitude

General Manager (GM)
Food & Beverage Manager (FBM)

Requirement for all positions :

Male with mature, pleasant and confident personality
Fluency in English language and computer literate
Good interpersonal and communications skills

Maximum 45 years old

For the Finance & Controller Manager position, the candidate must have :

Financial literacy and understands how to prepare statement of cash flow, profit & loss statement
Possesses understanding of how to prepare balance sheet, income statement, financial ratios, and taxes

General Manager

Proven leadership skills, must be able to motivate, train, organize and lead
