General Manager
Min. 10 years experience in senior management role, F7B or marketing knowledge is preferred. Proven leadership skills. Able to motivate, train organize, lead and manage a team of personnel. Fluent in English.
Main responsibilities :
- To lead the team in the implementation of F&B strategies and process to maximise store sales and profits in line with company's policies and culture
- To develop business plans to drive sales and review monthly P&L statements to budget and minimise controllable store expenses
- To upkeep the quality and effectiveness of the customer service
- To steer and manage a large and diverse team confidently
- Min. 2 years of experience with established 5-star hotels or reputable restaurant/bar in similar position
- Excellent knowledge of marketing & communications (Marcom)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, pleasant personality, fluent in English
- Proven leadership skills, must be able to motivate, train, organize and lead
