At the Regulatory Executive, your main accountabilities are to support the Regulatory Affairs Manager in implementing & monitoring a sensible regulatory strategy for the company
Major responsibilities include, but not limited to : actively and effectively liaise with the company's priority stakeholders in order to eventually monitor activities, events, and/or issues affecting the current and future tobacco industry's related regulations , maintenance/update the company's Regulatory Database and Stakeholders Management System (SMS), and support the improvement of sensible regulatory awareness and understanding internally within BAT Indonesia
Qualifications :
- University Graduate, majoring in Public Policy or Economics, Finance (sorporate finance or investment bank), Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical and civil). Holding Master degree in relevant field would be a plus
- Having more or less 3 years experience in a multinational company or reputable large Indonesian business group handling substantial Corporate Affairs roles mainly in the areas of Goverment Relations and/or regulatory works
Knowledge and Skils :
- Clear understanding of the common regulatory process and the goverment structure in Indonesia
- Clear understanding of the monetary and fiscal activities of goverment. Knowledge on the tobacco tax/excise revenue is an advantage
- Clear understanding of economic, sosio-economic and political environments , current thinking on globalization, public policy making processes and regulatory structure
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skill in relation to recognize business opportunities and threats presented by current and future legislation and able to provide relevant reccomendation
- Familiar with Excel spread sheet circulation
- Familiar with category regulatory system (international and local) is an advantage
Requirements :
