* Minimum experience 2 years as Restaurant Captain/Supervisor

Responsible for maintaining the maximum levels of guest service and satisfaction, completing, updating and merging the guest history / profile in the computer system, making courtesy call periodically, and taking care of all requirement of the VIP guests / Club Floor guests
Requirements:
* Male / Female, maximum 26 years old
* Minimum Diploma degree from Tourism Academy
* Experience in hotel industry will be advantage, however fresh graduated are welcome to apply
* Well groomed, good English verbal & written, computer literate
Senior Reservation Supervisor
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the reservation section in day to day operation for the efficient and smooth running of the reservation section. Supervising, controlling, and co-ordinating the operation of the reservation section to ensure efficient and accurate output of all reservations and forecasts .
* Oversee the entire reservation section and to distribute work evenly to subordinate.
* Closely monitor and control room availability to make the best possible effort in achieving maximum occupancy and average room rate
Requirements:
* Male / Female, max 30 years old
* Min. Diploma degree from Tourism Academy
* Min. 1 year experience as Reservation Supervisor.
* Well groomed, good English verbal & written, computer literate
* Familiar with Opera system would be an advantage
