To support our operation across Asia - Pacific, MB Century is seeking for experienced and qualified personnel as follow :

1. Rig Manager (RM–PTM)
2. Toolpusher (TP-PTM)
3. Driller (DR-PTM)
4. Chief Mechanic (CM-PTM)
5. Chief Electrician (CE-PTM)
6. HSE Field Officer (HSE-PTM)
7. HR & External Affairs / Logistics Field Officer (FL-PTM)

Technical Requirements :

a. Must have at least + 12 years of working experience in a Multi National Drilling Company with minimum + 4 years in the similar position. (Position No. 1, 2, 3, 4, & 5)
b. Experienced with Top Drive System rigs. (Position No. 1, 2, 3, & 4)
c. Holding a valid Well control ticket supervisor level (IADC/IWCF) and AP3 Migas certificate for Indonesia Assignment. (Position No. 1, 2, & 3)
d. Experienced with CAT Engines, Hydraulic system & familiar with Preventative Maintenance System. (Position No. 4 & 5)
e. Experienced with SCR system, Cooling system, AC & DC Motors and control circuits. (Position No. 5)
f. Having a good understanding and familiar of HAZOP analysis, JSA, LOTO, and safety reports on a drilling rig. (Position No. 6)
g. Must have at least + 7 Years of working experience in Oil & Gas company / Service company with minimum + 3 Years in the similar position. (Position No. 6 & 7)
h. S1 or D3 degree (Position No. 6 & 7)
i. Good understanding and skills in community, government relations and liaisons, and expat formalities processing. (Position No. 7)

General Requirements for all positions :

a. Able to demonstrate a reliable safety leadership and behavior, and proven track record to dealing with a multicultural working environment.
b. Willing to travel overseas and working on rotational basis (28/28).
c. Must be goal-oriented and having a high level of Problem Solving skill.
d. Must be able to communicate in English both written and oral.
e. Must be computer literate (MS Word, excel is a must).

Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of drilling unit experience especially in Offshore Operations
• Possess Valid Well Control Certificate
• Good Interpersonal skills and able to supervise drilling operations and associated activities in accordance with the well program

DRILLER (Code : DL)

Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of drilling unit experience especially in Offshore Operations
• Possess Valid Well Control Certificate
• Good interpersonal skills and able to operate all equipment at the Driller s console in a safe manner, tidy and hazard free condition of the drill floor and associated area

CHIEF ELECTRICIAN (Code: CE)

Qualifications:
• Electrical Engineering Degree or Diploma with 5 years of d drilling unit experience
• Responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair all electrical equipment onboard the rig
• Well understanding of maintenance and repair of the drilling components, i.e Driller s console. DC drilling motors and auxiliaries, Top Drive System, mud pumps, et cetera

CHIEF MECHANIC ( Code: CM)

Qualifications
• Mechanical Engineering Degree or Diploma with 5 years of drilling unit experience
• Responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair all mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment onboard the rig
• Perform alt well control calculations, i.e mud weight increase, initial and final circulating pressure, number of strokes, et cetera.

ACCELERATED TRAINEE MECHANICAL. ELECTRICAL, SUBSEA, DRILLNG, MATERIAL COORDINATOR (Code ART)

Qualifications.
• Diploma - D3 in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic., Marine) with 2 years experience in related heavy industry Offshore, Mining, Shipping, Oil and Gas

Applicants should possess the GENERAL following requirements:
• Indonesian
• Knowledge of all technical calculations required for the safe operation of drilling unit
• Computer literate and Fluent in English language
• Physically fit and posses the right aptitude to work in an offshore rig on 12-hour per day, 7 days a week, 2 weeks ON arid 2 weeks OFF schedule
• Work experience and demonstrated ability of oral anti written communication may be substituted in lieu of formal education

• Knowledge in Trouble Shooting Generator (Caterpillar, Deutz, Stamford), Electronics Control Module Engine CAT (ECM), Electrical System Drilling Rig, Electrical Motor (Marathon etc), Air Conditioner and Lighting System. Trouble Shooting Engine CAT and Transmission Allison is preferred.
• Computer literate (MS Office & internet)
• Knowledge in Predictive and Preventive Maintenance
• Willing to work on drilling field with schedule 3 weeks on – 3 weeks off
• Proficiency in English (Oral and written)
