Responsibilities:

• Make a Project Document (EPC)
• Designing a Fire Protection System
• Analyze the material needs and Installation Service

Requirements:

• Male
• D3 / S1 Mechanical Engineering
• GPA min 3.00
• Min 2 year experience in Fire Protection
• Make a technical document for EPC project
• Project Installation management
• Analyze bill of material
• AUTOCAD 2D
• Good in English (Writing and Reading)

Engineer FSS Project (Surabaya)
Responsibilities:

• Survey the project
• Technical Support
• Analyze the needs of material and installation service
• Technical Document

Requirements:

• Male
• S1 Mechanical / Industrial / Civil Engineering
• GPA min 3.00
• Min 1 year experience in Engineering / Construction / Contracting
• Good Technical Analyze of Draw
• Analyze bill of material
• AUTOCAD 2D
• Located in Surabaya

Engineer Fire Water Base
Responsibilities:

• Design System
• Analyze the needs of material and installation service
• Survey project
• Technical Support
• Cost Estimation
• Technical Document

Requirements:

• Male
• D3 / S1 Mechanical Engineering
• GPA min 3.00
• Min 1 year experience in Fire Protection field
• Min 2 Years in contracting M&E
• Analyze bill of material
• AUTOCAD 2D

Document Control (EPC Project)
Responsibilities:

• Controlling technical document of EPC project
• Receiving Document
• Numbering Document
• Filling Document
• Document Distribution
• Document Monitoring

Requirements:

• Female (24 – 30 years old); Min 1 year experience in project / contractor field
• Degree holder (D3 / S1) from Industrial Engineering with min GPA. 3.00
• Good at analytical skill
• Good in English

Sales Project
Responsibilities:

• Identify Industrial project from BCI or Internal and External information
• Follow up project
• Close the deal, controlling delivery time and invoice
• Maintain a good relationship with customer

Requirements:

• Female (25 – 30 years old); 1-2 years experience in sales or Fresh graduate are welcome
• Degree holder from Industrial or Electrical Engineering with min GPA. 3.00
• Computer literate (Ms. Office)
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
• Good communication skill and interpersonal skill.
• Having customer focus and able to maintain customer

Commissioning Engineers
Responsibilities include adjusting and commissioning of elevators, escalators and moving walks. Successful candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with minimum 3 years experience in the elevator industry.

Commissioning Technicians
Responsibilities include adjusting and commissioning of elevators, escalators and moving walks. Successful candidates should possess at least an Industrial diploma with minimum 5 years experience in a similar position.

Installation Technicians
Responsibilities include installing elevators, escalators and moving walks. Successful candidates should possess at least an Industrial diploma with minimum 5 years experience in a similar position.

Maintenance Technicians
Responsibilities include troubleshooting elevators, escalators and moving walks. Successful candidates should possess at least an Industrial diploma with minimum 5 years experience in a similar position.

Commissioning Engineers
(Based in Singapore)

Requirements :

• Min. Diploma in Engineering with some working experience
• Good English communication and report writting skill
• Has good analytical skill
• Familiar with electrical control system
• Experience with Caterpillar engines preferred

Responsibilities :

• To carry out site installation inspection
• Liaise with customer on correct installation and application
• Start-up and commissioning of engine driven generator set, pump set and marine propulsion engine on vessel, offshore rig and power house on land
