Requirements:

* Female.
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Secretarial.
* Able to speak and write English fluently.

* Demonstrate good attitude and interpersonal skills.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

* Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.

Customer Relation Assistant - Health
Requirements:

* Male/Female, max. 35 years old.
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, any field.
* Good appearance.
* Able to communicate in verbal or written.
* Good presentation skill.
* Computer (Ms. Office) and internet literate.
* Have experience in Health Insurance, especially Customer Relation, min. 2 years.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Karawaci - Tangerang.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

Sales Manager
Requirements:

* Male/Female
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, any field.
* Have experience in marketing area and lead marketing team.
* Result and target oriented.
* Able to create new idea about marketing concept.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Karawaci - Tangerang.
* Have an experience in travel, insurance, or banking will be a significant plus.
* Preferably Managers specializing in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc) or equivalent.

Contract Management & Customer Relation (CMCR) Assistant

Job Qualifications:
  • Minimum D-3 from Computerized Accountancy Discipline with Cumulative GPA min.2.75
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Statistics & Accounting areas
  • Familiar of gas pipelines business
  • Fluent in English and proficient in computers literacy
Job Descriptions:
  • Monitor daily gas schedule, gas nomination, gas transportation and gas delivery to ensure gas transportation complies with contract requirements.
  • Prepare and collect any data in relation with daily gas transportation activity from Gas Transportation Management (GTM) Department and other related departments.
  • Develop and analyze gas transportation profile trending, seeking information to related department regarding any abnormal gas transportation profile trending and giving alert to superior on this situation.
  • Maintain Gas Transportation Agreement.
  • Maintain document and budget administration to ensure it’s implemented periodically.
  • Prepare claim form of expense reports, invoice, petty cash records and inventory of office supplies.
  • Prepare and assist schedules, letters, documentations and meetings of Contract Management & Customer Relation Dept in order to supports daily operational tasks.
