PT Gemala Borneo Utama and its affiliates is engaged in gold and mineral exploration in several regions in Indonesia, including in North Sulawesi. Along with the development of exploration activities, PT Gemala Borneo Utama looking for professionals who have a high motivation to be a Rig Mechanic (Drilling).

Requirement

• Education STM / SMK majoring in Engineering
• Have knowledge and experience of hydraulic equipment
• Experience as a mechanic with the rigs MJT240 or JACRO175
• Experience trouble shooting water pump
• Have experience of welding (welding) and electronic circuits (electric)
• Preferably residing in Sulawesi
• Work roster 5:2

To support company s expansion, PT Gemala Borneo Utama is seeking a Senior Geologist in its exploration team. This position will supervise 3 – 5 geologist plus several Field Assistant in his team

LOCATION, REPORTING, SUPERVISION
Based: Kotamobagu, North Sulawesi
Supervisor: Project Geologist (Expatriate)
Manager: Exploration Manager (Expatriate)

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Geology from reputable universities
• Having experience 7-10 years in gold and base metal exploration project
• Having experience working in multinational company is preferable
• Having drilling experience including supervision, resource drilling and drill holes planning
• Having experience in mapping, sampling and geology
• Familiar with Micromine software
• Having POP certificate (POM or POU is highly advantageous)
• Outstanding team player and leadership skill
• Excellent communication within team and external to local community and field crews
• Familiar in reporting in English and communicate with expatriates

We are seeking a dynamic and independent individual who has solid experience in dealing with labour law contracts, has knowledge of the mining industry and HRIS systems implementation. This position is a start-up position with no one reporting to the role.

Senior Human Resource Advisor
Expected key responsibilities of the role:

~ Drafting, revising and negotiating employment contracts.
~ Implementing best practice HR processes within the company.
~ Ensure that HR processes and contracts comply with all HR and labour laws.
~ Create, implement and manage a HR database for recruitment and employee database.
~ Set up performance management plan and KPIs for all departments.

Essential requirements:

~ Degree qualified in Human Resource, Business Administration or Psychology.
~ MUST have at least 4-6 years HR experience, preferably in the mining industry.
~ Excellent communication and presentation skills - verbal and written in English.
~ Highly desirable, experience in HRIS systems and implementing KPIs.

We are seeking to recruit an experienced Legal Counsel for our legal department. This will be a stand alone position.

Expected key responsibilities of the role:

~ Drafting and negotiating contracts and legal issues.
~ Identifying, managing and mitigating legal risks across the company.
~ Implementing best practice legal processes to manage risks within the company.
~ Ensuring compliance with relevant Government laws & regulations.
~ Provide accurate advice and recommendations to the senior management team in regards to legal issues.

Essential requirements:

~ Degree qualified in law with appropriate memberships.
~ PreferabIy have at least 5-7 years Indonesian mining experience, particularly in minerals.
