Administration Staff (Code: ADM-S)

The Roles:

• Collect lists of follow up items from workshops
  
• Input follow up items to the system.
  
• Send reminders for follow up items to participants.
  
• Keep track of participants progress
  
• Help in learning development departement

• Have a Master’s degree, with GPA (IP) minimum 2,75
  
• Maximum age 25 years old
  
• Fluent in English and Indonesian
  
• Good communication, organizing and team work

Application Specialist (Code: AS)

Responsibility: His/her main role is to deliver well-developed solution based on QPR Software technologies. The person is also required to deliver post-implementation technical support and technical training to clients. He/she is also expected to be able to develop integration between QPR Software and other business applications.

Qualification Required:

• S1 Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology from respected university
  
• 1-3 years of working experience in application development or programming
  
• Strong skill in the following technologies: .NET programming, Database (SQL Server/Oracle) and Web Server (IIS/Apache).
  
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skill
  
• Sound interpersonal skill and able to work individually or in team-based environment
  
• Able to work under minimum supervision
  
• Experience in technical training delivery is preferred
  
• Good command of English
