Network Engineer
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Responsible in network maintenance
- Provide some periodic check of the solution like the configuration’s solution implemented

- Maintains the direct operations and security system to prevent some fraud in the network’s solution implementation
- Maintains the performance of the solution in the good conditions

QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor Degree majoring in Computer Science or IT or Electronics Engineering.
- Able to show network’s knowledge deeply.
- Hold a CCNA certification
- Fluent English and native Indonesian is a must.
- Minimum 1 year in the same area.

Helpdesk Analyst
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Problem & Change Solving / Escalation
- User Support

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma Degree from Computer Science or Informatics with min 1year experience at IT related (Priority)
- Have IT Skill (Windows, PC, Office, Internet, Anti Virus, Linux (would be an advantage))
- Have a Communication Skill
- Have a Customer Relationship Skill
- English (min. Passive)
- Have a Sense of customer satisfaction & operational support readiness

.Net Programmer
Qualifications

- Bachelor / Master Degree majoring in IT
- Having ability in writing skills either English or Indonesian in Office application (Microsoft, etc)
- Minimum 1 years in the Project of business application developing using .NET base (ASP, C#)
- Ability to work hard, Good Team work and Smart
- Willing to travel if required
- Full time and contract based programmer

IT Helpdesk Analyst
Responsibilities:
In this job, you will monitor the processes of the Helpdesk Officer solving problems in users computer. These include problems in PC, network, and application software. You will also give recommendation about newest technology to the development department to be implemented in the company

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable university, from MIPA, IT or Information System.
• Proficiency in English
• Having the competencies of Analysis and Judgment, Planning and Driving Action
• Actively contribute effective role in team work
• Competent in Hardware, Operating System, and Networking concept
• Capable in using Crystal Report and MS Access is an advantage
• Have a good customer service orientation is a must
