• Initiate new calls to generate interest and secure appointments with prospective customers
• Identify, contact and generate leads to gain market share
• Respond to customers' enquiries via telephone hotline and email
• Assess prospect needs and document potential sales opportunities
• Close sales via the phone and arrange for delivery of training
• Log calls and update database accurately with prospect information including dates for follow up calls
• Present at company organised software events to promote training
• Involve in marketing activities related to promoting training
• Present daily reports and other related performance feedback
• Review monthly hit rate and status report

• Min 2 to 3 years telesales experience
• Telesales experience in the area of training is preferred but not necessary
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Eloquent and customer-oriented
• Good spoken English
• Result oriented and can work under pressure
• Good working knowledge of PC applications

• Male, age max 24 years old, GPA min 3.00
  
• Fresh graduate with max. 1 years experiences
  
• Minimum of diploma / bachelor degree with good educational background from a reputable university (majoring electrical or Computer engineering)
  
• Must have skill in LINUX, UNIX, TCP/IP, network troubleshooting
  
• Strong leadership, good team works, motivation & hard working
  
• Familiar to work on site alone and/or in a supervision team
  
• Good command in English both written, spoken and reading
  
• Willing to work on shift

• Male, Bachelor Degree majoring in computer science , electronics or related field
  
• Strong knowledge of AS/400 environment
  
• Minimum 5 years experience in System Operator and System Administrator
  
• Minimum 2 years experience as Operator Team Leader
  
• Experience in Banking System is an advantage
  
• Experience in CL programming language
  
• Strong knowledge on monthly report and SOP concepts
  
• Good command in English both written, spoken and reading
  
• Bright, sharp, Enthusiastic, Motivated personality
  
• Desire to grow and take responsibility
  
• Possess positive working attitude, generalist and able to manage the work pressure
  
• Creative and innovative thinking
  
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Minimum 4 years relevant Experience in IT Products and services Company
  
• Male or female under 30 years old
  
• Excellent in Communication and Presentation skills in English
  
• Strong experience selling hardware, software and services - web applications, custom solutions and applications
  
• Creative, Fast learner, Self-learning skill and high attention to detail is a MUST
  
• Think outside the square, enthusiastic, high energy and goal and results oriented
  
• Able to work independents as well as in team
  
• Must be able to work under pressure and tight schedule.
