Systems Engineer
Requirement:

* Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equal
* At least 2 years experience in handling IT Projects
* Familiar with Project Documentation
* Familiar with Systems development Life Cycle
* Familiar with Systems development in MS Windows Platform
* Self motivated, responsible to work under minimum supervision
* Experience in these Programming Languages is a plus: Visual Basic, C++, J2EE,
* Experience as technical position in Point of Sales (POS) System and business Process in Retail
* Willing to travel across Indonesia or Region

IT CONSULTANT
Requirement :

* Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology
* At least 5 years experience in Retail Field Projects
* Familiar with Retail Businees
* Familiar with Point of Sales (POS) System
* Self motivated, responsible to work under minimum supervision
* Good written and communication skills in English
* Able to speak Japanese preferred
* Willing to travel across Indonesia or Region

Telesales for IBM Software Education Jakarta
Responsibilities:

• Initiate new calls to generate interest and secure appointments with prospective customers
• Identify, contact and generate leads to gain market share
• Respond to customers' enquiries via telephone hotline and email
• Assess prospect needs and document potential sales opportunities
• Close sales via the phone and arrange for delivery of training
• Log calls and update database accurately with prospect information including dates for follow up calls
• Present at company organised software events to promote training
• Involve in marketing activities related to promoting training
• Present daily reports and other related performance feedback
• Review monthly hit rate and status report

Requirements:

• Min 2 to 3 years telesales experience
• Telesales experience in the area of training is preferred but not necessary
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Eloquent and customer-oriented
• Good spoken English
• Result oriented and can work under pressure
• Good working knowledge of PC applications
