An International Air & Sea Freight Forwarding company (located office at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport Jakarta) is looking for qualified candidate.

Customer Service Air Export
(Soekarno-Hatta International Airport)

Responsibilities:

• Check Airlines schedule for Cargo and the connecting time through spectrum, internet or Airlines.
  
• Arrange Dangerous Goods shipments.
  
• Prepared draft billing (revenue and cost); & prepared all export documents.
  
• Monitoring the staff for pre-alert to overseas; EDI system; debit note; and air cargo rate from airlines

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Airline Operation/Airport Management, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
  
• Required skill(s): Basic Cargo, Dangerous Good.
  
• Preferred skill(s): Computer.
  
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  
• Preferred language(s): Japanese.
  
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  
• Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent. Job role in Freight Forwarding or Supervisor/Team Lead.
  
• 1 Full-Time positions available.
  
• Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Qualifications:

• Male/Female, Single, Min 28 years old.
  
• Min Graduates Diploma III Air Transport Management from reputable University.
  
• Basic Cargo Certificate or Danger Good Cargo Certificate is advantage.
  
• Customs/PPJK Certificate is advantage.
  
• Excellent in English both spoken and written.
  
• Computer Literate (excel/access/power point/word).
• Minimum 2 years experience in similar position.
  
• Having good personality, communication skill, hard working and should be able to working under pressure.
  
• Leave in Tangerang is preferred.
