TAX AND ACCOUNTING ADMIN
General Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process billings, review to assure completeness and accuracy statements
- Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions
- Resolves valid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries
- Analyze accounts receivable monthly, prepare related reports and communicate results to other Department Heads.
- Fill out and complete tax document
- Participate in monthly accounting cycle (closing)
- Perform other duty as assigned
General Requiremens:
- Degree in Accounting
- Has at least 2 years working experience in Accounting preferably in AR or Tax
- Familiar with SAP environment is most preferable
