Medical Managers
Role :
The Medical Manager will have:

• Assist in development and execution of clinical studies according to company SOPs and GCP guidelines.
• He/She will also be responsible for creating enhanced market acceptance of new and/or existing products and providing medical/scientific information to internal and external customers.
• He/she will be involved with compliance and governance, ensuring all medical information activities are in line with IFPMA and the company’s procedures.
• He/she will contribute to sales force training and participate to symposia/congress.
• He/She reports to the Medical Director.

Profile :
The successful candidate will possess:

• To be successful within this role, you will be a medical doctor or pharmacist who has worked in a similar position in the Pharma industry in the past and who can 'hit the ground running.
• You must have solid medical knowledge, excellent customer service, communication skills and be a strong team player.
• Because you will be joining an established team, good organizational skills, prioritizing and planning are all essential attributes, as is the ability to make things happen.
• It is also important that you are IT literate.

• Male/Female, hold min. Bachelor degree (Master degree preferred) majoring in Pharmacy from reputable university
• At least 4 years experience in Q&C pharmaceutical industries
• Having broad knowledge in formulation, analysis of chemical / physics / microbiology
• Having broad knowledge about all aspect in pharmaceutical product development
• Min. of 2 years of experience in production process. Be familiar with production procedures, dosage from processing, GMP code, POM/Foreign Authorities regulations occupational safety and health
• Proficient in both oral and written English
• Computer literate
• Strong leadership skills
