Responsibilities:

Maintain effective communication with Acer Headquarter in order to gather information regarding HQ’s product strategy, product updates, and product availabilities for notebook, and to ensure the smoothness of forecasting process.
Prepare a good product forecast and stock planning for notebook to be approved by superior in order to achieve the agreed target (revenue and GP)
Provide quarterly and yearly Product Portfolio, Product Comparison Updates, and Product Positioning reports for notebook to be approved by superior in order to develop a proper and effective Product Strategy.
Provide allocation plan for the allocated notebooks from HQ in order to fulfill the need of every forecaster
Assist superior in monitoring Project Stock (notebook) in order to prevent stock from aging
Provide Monthly Distribution Product Planning for notebook to Acer’s distributor in order to achieve individual & department’s agreed target (revenue and GP)

Requirements:

Bachelor degree (S1), majoring in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Marketing Management from reputable University

Desktop Support Engineer / PC Support (DSE/PCS-CSS)

Maintain customer relationship, deliver the implementation; provide onsite trouble shooting; hands-on experience in PC Server, desktop, network (LAN) & PABX troubleshooting /installation
Knowledge in Windows NT workstation & NT Server, Microsoft Dekstop application, shrink-wrapped application; Microsoft & Cisco certification are preferable
Willing to be located in: Balikpapan, Jakarta, Lampung, Semarang, Medan, Padang, Denpasar, Surabaya, Makasar dan Banjarbaru (local residents are highly encouraged to apply)

Product Manager
Role :
The Product Manager will have:

To be the marketing/product expert for his/her products in terms of knowledge of his/her market, products, competition, therapy and marketing techniques.
To attain and exceed sales goals while adhering to annual expense budget.
To Manage and execute all the marketing processes.
To act as an information source for doctors, sales force, and business management.
To promote, create and implement promotional actions for his/her products in line with the Business Plan.
To assist in the creation of the annual Business Plan.

Profile :
The successful candidate will possess:

A university degree.
A Medical Degree is a plus
A post graduate qualification in Marketing or a previous successful experience in marketing as Jr. Product Manager or Product Manager is an advantage.
Good knowledge of English.
Self-driven, autonomous, analytic and creative attitudes, excellent communication skills, orally and written, ability to handle high workload, can tolerate stress, good organizational skills.
He/She reports to the Marketing Manager.

Medical Managers
Role :
The Medical Manager will have:

Assist in development and execution of clinical studies according to company SOPs and GCP guidelines.
He/She will also be responsible for creating enhanced market acceptance of new and/or existing products and providing medical/scientific information to internal and external customers.
He/she will be involved with compliance and governance, ensuring all medical information activities are in line with IFPMA and the company’s procedures.
He/she will contribute to sales force training and participate to symposia/congress.
He/She reports to the Medical Director.

Profile :
The successful candidate will possess:

To be successful within this role, you will be a medical doctor or pharmacist who has worked in a similar position in the Pharma industry in the past and who can 'hit the ground running.
You must have solid medical knowledge, excellent customer service, communication skills and be a strong team player.
Because you will be joining an established team, good organizational skills, prioritizing and planning are all essential attributes, as is the ability to make things happen.
It is also important that you are IT literate.
