Sales Manager OTC - Hospital & Institution
Achieving total OTC sales target through managing key accounts especially hospitals and institutions for OTC business. Managing distributor in terms of distributor stock & product availability in the hospitals and institutions. Managing & implementing product distribution requirement, sales trade activities. Working together with distributor in developing trade channel, number of loyal costumer (numeric), sales team & distribution strategy.
Requirements:
Achieving the area sales & distribution target; communicating all promotion and merchandising activities to the sales team and outlets; Managing distributors, monitor stock availability and forecasting; Evaluate sales and marketing activities within assigned area; Building relationships with trades in all channels. Always update with marketing data of competitor activities and pricing.

Plan, develop and implement Portfolio strategy and major promoted products strategy to ensure the business continuity and expansion on organization objective

Prepare monthly Management Report and support the preparation of annual budget, forecast and five year plan

- Hold Bachelor (S1) degree from a reputable university
- Minimum 3-5 years experience as Sake Manager, handling distributor and customers, preferable from Pharmaceutical Company
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical business & related market in Hospitals and Institutions.
- Able to build and develop innovative sales strategy
- Able to develop strong relationship with key markets, as well as with internal team through effective communication and leadership,
- Have a strong leadership, negotiation skill, communication, interpersonal skill, presentation skill, and good analytical skill ,
- Fluent in English both oral & written

- Deep understanding of PSAK and Current Tax regulations
- Computer literate, GL-Manufacturing integrated system & understand ERP concept
- Needs to be able to meet tight deadlines, accurate, Independent, trustworthy, high integrity
- Good command of English both oral and written.
