EXECUTIVE CHEF
SOUS CHEF

Qualification :
Minimum 3 years experiences in 5 star rated hotel or resort
Pre-opening experiences is an advantage
Good English both oral and written
Well known in Mediterranean and Asian fine dining a-la-carte cuisine
Creative in menu variety and presentation
Strong administrative background for setting up procedures and standards
Strong leader in staff training and implementing procedures and standards
Guest and PR orientated in order to communicate with guests during the service
Budget and cost conscious


FRONT OFFICE SUPERVISOR

Qualification:
Minimum 2 years experiences in 4 or 5 star rated hotel or resort
Pre-opening experiences is an advantage
Good English both oral and written
Familiar with VHP system is an advantage
Strong leader in staff training and implementing procedures and standards
Service oriented in order to communicate with guest
