PT. Bhakti Energi Persada is one of Indonesia s newest growing coal mining enterprises and is targeted to be the largest coal producer in Indonesia. To support the rapid establishment and expansion of the business entities and projects, they are seeking senior qualified professionals for their management team.
PROJECT MANAGER (ES 321)
Reporting to the Technical Director, he will be accountable for managing the scheduled development of coal processing plant, coal haul road & coal handling, and port infrastructure. This will include establishing and managing design and construction contracts; as well as maintaining accurate records of project progress.
The ideal candidate should have a Civil/Mechanical engineering degree with a minimum of 6 - 10 years of practical experience in managing multi-million dollar coal handling and related services project. Demonstrates an ability to successfully manage projects, schedules, budgets, and encompasses excellent skills in organizational, planning & problem solving are pre-requisited.
MINING ENGINEER (ES 322)
Reporting to the Technical Director, the pivotal role of the incumbent will be preparing the concept of short and long term mine plans, and coordinating activities with various mining consultants in the implementation of mining best practices. Selection of mining equipment vendors will also be under his responsibility.
The appointee must have a degree in Mining engineering, with a minimum of 4 - 6 years of practical experience as a Mining Engineer. He is also required to have sound understanding of relevant mining regulation & codes, comprehend with applicable environmental regulations as applied to coal mining, as well as safety & environmental activities related to project. Furthermore, he must have good computer skill in mining modeling, autocad, and spreadsheets.
CIVIL ENGINEER (ES 323)
Reporting to the Project Manager, he will be accountable for preparing the concept, design, layouts and specifications of civil infrastructure projects. The planning, execution and progress monitoring of earthwork and site construction projects to ensure conformance to engineering plans, specifications, and construction & safety standards will be part of his main roles.
The ideal candidate should have a degree in Civil/Mining engineering coupled with a minimum of 4 - 6 years hands-on experience as Project/Design Engineer in related works. Have proven excellent skills in project management & execution as well as creative problem-solving are also a compulsory. Moreover, he should have good computer skill in mining modeling, autocad, and spreadsheets.
MECHANICAL ENGINEER (ES 324)
Reporting to the Project Manager, he will be responsible for preparing the concept, design, layouts and specifications of mechanical infrastructure projects. The planning, execution and progress monitoring of mechanical manufacture construction and erection projects to ensure mechanical & electrical quality conformance to engineering plans, specifications, and construction & safety standards will be part of the accountability.
The selected candidate should be a Mechanical/Electrical Engineer with 4 - 8 years applied experience as Project/Design Engineer in related field. Have proven outstanding skills in project management & execution as well as creative problem-solving, and a sound computer skill in mining modeling, autocad, and spreadsheets are also required.
All positions will be based in Jakarta with a requirement for a frequent travel to sites. Good interpersonal and communications skills including fluency in English both written and verbal are mandatory.
