STRATEGIC ANALYST

(Jakarta Raya -Meruya Utara, Kembangan, Jakarta Barat)

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for the agenda, preparation, execution and reporting overall corporate strategic meeting.

* Develop and provide guidance to all corporate strategic meeting participant about their task and responsibilities.

* Ensure that the strategic process is run in line with corporate strategic procedures.

* Provide minute of meeting in every strategic meeting session (including: analysis, conclusion, suggestion).

* Review strategic objectives, measurement, initiative and programs of each division/department to make sure there are synergy and opportunity among each other.

* Monitoring and evaluation of implementation strategic.

* Handle the company’s strategic documentation.

* Compile and develop how to communicate company's strategic to all employees.

* Prepare work plan and its implementation with HR & IT to support corporate strategy implementation.

Requirements:

* Graduate from reputable University, preferably Magister of business.

* Have a good knowledge about corporate strategy formulation process.

* Have a skill in handling corporate strategy formulation process.

* Experienced in handling step by step corporate strategy formulation process (as consultant or employee).

* Familiar with Balanced Scorecard (BSC) aplication, ISO and Blue Ocean Strategy are advantages.

* Have ability as a trainer.

* Have good English oral and written.

Responsibilities:

Preparing and implementing marketing programs based on yearly budget
Evaluating sales achievement on products, marketing programs, and product availabilities
Preparing marketing intelligent or research on new products or competitor’s products
Building a good relationship to key account outlets
Presenting product knowledge training to sales team
Leading operational team on below the line programs implementation

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Medical Science, Pharmacy/Pharmacology or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Brand/Product Management, Marketing Management, Market Research.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience as Product Manager/Product Executive/Product
Managgement Officer, especially in Pharmaceutical or FMCG Company.
Applicants must be willing to work in Meruya Utara,Kembangan,Jakarta Barat.
Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent,
Job role in Brand Management or Product Management.
