Programmer Analyst

Development and implementation of System Applications which is interaction and connecting with Insurance Core Systems. He/She is also responsible for maintaining, supporting, and upgrading existing systems and applications. This individual will apply proven communication skills, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of best practices to guide on issues related to the design, development, and deployment of mission-critical information and software systems

Basic Qualifications :

• Male/female max. 35 years, experience min 2 years in related fields
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science from reputable University with minimum GPA 3.0
• Self-driven, able to work independently, and as team player
• Have strong analytical skill, fast learner, and able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
• Possess positive work attitude, proactive, and initiative
• Good concept about Object Oriented Analyst Design and Programming
• Familiar with VB6, ASP.Net or Java programming
• Good oral and written communication skills in English

Risk Management
Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the implementation of ERM (Enterprise Risk Management).
• Review the significant risks which are identified and controlled by the risk owners.
• Helping the ERM Manager to coordinate and review the methodologies and tools for managing risk exposure.
• Support the development of key risk indicators.
• Manage and handle operational-ERM process.
• Helping the ERM Manager to coordinate the regular Risk Management Committee meeting, i.e. prepare meeting agenda, invitation, minutes, etc.
• Ensure the availability of accurate Risk Management information for management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree (S-1) in Business/ Management/ Economics/ Accounting. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Having one or two years of working experience in the insurance industry would be an advantage.
• Excellent oral and written communication skill both in Indonesian and English.
• Having strong analytical skill.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
• Having strong motivation to learn, hard work & responsible to complete the job.

Supervisor Digital Marketing

This position will be responsible to maintain the image and copyrights of the company on the Internet. Compose pages that reflect an appropriate balance of text, graphics and other multimedia elements. Analyze website traffic to define the most visited pages and also areas that need to be improved in future. Work with a cross-departmental team, maintain and develop the master content calendar for all web properties, including gather requirements and work with IT staff to improve processes and tools

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Design
• Minimum 2 years working experience in related area
• Having knowledge in Graphic Design with web based software, Adobe and or similar industrial level programs (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Macromedia Flash and etc)
• Good interpersonal & communication skill, well organize, discipline, and high initiative
• Able to work in tight deadline and a team player

Supervisor Graphic Designer

This position will be responsible to prepare art works to support company advertising and promotional programs. Develops & recommends art concepts and also participate in corporate marketing events. Prepare & design for all marketing materials and advertisement

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Graphic Design
• Minimum 2 years experience as Corporate graphic designer
• Good interpersonal & communication skill, well organize, discipline, and high initiative
• Strong computer skills in design software: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Macromedia Freehand
• Able to work in tight deadline and a team player
