INTENSIVE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

The Trainee will be introduced to all aspects of Information Technology activities. After successful evaluation, the Trainee will be assigned for full responsibility based on his/her competency, and on the need of the company.

Candidate Qualification:

• Min. Bachelor Degree (S1), preferably majoring in IT & Technology Industry, Scientific, Acct & finance background.
  
• Fresh graduate with GPA Min 2,75 (Preferable 1 year working experience)
  
• Age: 26 max
  
• Comprehensive understanding of all Information Technology functions will be an advantage.
  
• Computer literate.
  
• Good command in English is a must, both oral and written
  
• Good communication skills & interpersonal skill
  
• Good Analytical, Initiative and positive mind set
  
• Customer-oriented and performance-driven.

Project Administration
Requirement:

• Bachelor diploma / degree from reputable university.
  
• Fresh graduate with GPA min 2,75 (Preferable 1 year working experience).
  
• Age : 26 max & Female.
  
• Comprehensive understanding of Information Technology functions (Ms Office, Internet,etc) will be an advantage.
  
• Possess good interpersonal, presentation, negotiation and communication skills.
  
• Able to work in a team and maintain good relation with both internal member and external business partner.
  
• Willing to work under pressure or (Tough environment).
  
• English speaking & writing is a must.
