Account Executive (Based in Tangerang)
Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for professionally representing the values of our company to the Pigment community, as well as providing current technical information and services
• Conduct sales and control profitability and receivable
• Identify and develop new business opportunity

Competencies Required:

• Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering/Chemist
• At Least 2 – 5 years sales experience in Plastic/Coating/Agro Industry
• Having good knowledge of manufacturing processes for industrial chemicals will be an advantage
• Dynamic, creative, innovative, self motivated and able to work in team
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in English both written and oral

* At least 2-5 years sale experience in Plastic/Coating Industry

Field Service Engineer

* Bachelor Degree (S1) from Chemical Engineering / Chemistry with min GPA 3.00
* Experience from Oil & Gas industry will be an advantage
* Good knowledge of process chemistry, including chemical treatment
* Willing to travel or work at remote area (Off shore / On shore)

Black Belt

* Bachelor Degree (S1) from Chemistry/Chemical Engineering with min GPA 3.00
* At least 2-5 years experience as Project Leader in Lean Sigma / Continuous Improvement Programs
* Good knowledge in project management, presentation and moderation techniques, structured and conceptual procedure
* Willingness to lead project and acquire profound and comprehensive in the field of statistics
* Confident manner in front of a big audiences and executives
* Good team leadership and capacity to integrate oneself and communicate; capacity to reduce complexity

Mechanical Supervisor

* D3 or S1 from Mechanical Engineering with min GPA 3.00
* At least 3-5 years working experience as Supervisor in project activities (planning, construction and commissioning) on construction / extension of plant
* Able to create and read PID, piping general arrangement, Isometric diagram
* Experience in daily maintenance activities in production plant
* Capable to operate AutoCad

General Qualifications:

* Computer literate
* Fluent in English both written and oral
* Able to work under pressure
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Dynamic, creative, innovative, self-motivated and cooperative

• Responsible for coordinating and supervising field job activities.
  
• Monitors and optimize Chemical consumption required on field.
  
• Provides some technical guidance and work direction to field staff (Trouble Shooting).
  
• Responsible to make engineering evaluation.

Competencies Requires:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Chemist.
  
• Experience from Oil & Gas Industry will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of process chemistry, including chemical treatment.
• Discipline, hard worker, responsible, independent and cooperative.
  
• Willing to travelling.
  
• Willing to work at remote area ( Off Shore / On Shore ).
  
• Fluent in English both written and oral.
