ASSISTANT COUNTRY MANAGER (ACM-PTN)

The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting the Country Manager in all aspects of the company s business and will be expected to liaise closely with field and admin staff to ensure timely reporting of operational and financial data. Full responsibility for the business unit will be bestowed upon the ACM when the Country Manager is out of country.

Responsibilities:
• Contributes to the growth and achievement of revenue and EBIT targets.
• Management and evaluation of all activities in a complex business covering a variety of diverse products, and services.
• Controls and coordinates all operational activities.
• Monitors the business unit within the criteria of safety, employee relations, cost, quality and training.
• Balances operational success with cost effectiveness and profitability.
• Mentors and trains staff and customers.

Requirements:
• At least 7 year(s) experience in at least one of following fields is required, Fishing, HWO, Logging, TCP, Completions or Coiled Tubing operations.
• Must be fluent in English (spoken and written), computer literate, leadership, organization skill, and highly motivated.
• Preference will be given to those applicants with a Bachelor s Degree, Master s Degree/Post Graduate Degree or MBA.

Electrician

Responsibilities:

To perform electronic diagnostic/troubleshooting for laboratory equipment.
To be fully aware of and must be able to comply with the agreed time schedules.
To fully complete all worksheets, data forms and administrative forms legibly and to maintain all worksheets, data forms and administrative form in the appropriate location.
Performs routine calibration and maintenance of equipment as required.
Contribute actively towards improvements through ISO System.
To maintain effective communication channels.

Requirements:

A Diploma Degree in electronic/instrument engineering with preferably min 1 year experience.
Good command of English both oral & written
Physically fit for field and laboratory work
Ability to learn quickly & understand technical issues.
Must be a team player and must be able to work professionally, under pressure and in a fast paced environment.
Must have excellent organizational and personnel skills, good interpersonal skills and ability to work

Lowongan Kerja Receptionist (Lowongan Jakarta)

Responsibilities :

To receive incoming telephone calls, locate the person required by the caller, all calls should be dealt with in an efficient and polite manner. Assist staff in connecting to outside numbers.
To maintain records of local and overseas calls.
To receive CLI/PTN visitors, to request them to wait and locate the persons that they wish to meet.
To receive bills from suppliers and to pass those bills to the accounting department/ cashier.
To receive documents pertaining to the delivery of goods to the reception area and to inform the recipients of delivery.
To organise dispatch of goods/ documents via courier services.
When it is necessary to perform other duties as directed by superior.
To receive incoming and outgoing faxes /e-mail and record them in the journal. To take the incoming letters regularly from the Post Office before 11.45 a.m.
To distribute incoming faxes/ e-mail / Post office mails to recipients.
Inform, without delay, the senders and/ or recipients in a clear, accurate and friendly manner if there is a problem in transmitting or receiving faxes.
Organise all documents and filing required (for the position) including routine communications library.
Be responsible for the uninterrupted use of the faxes machine through organization of regular maintenance and supplies such as paper, toner, etc.
To prepare monthly report regarding fax machine usage according to the fax usage invoices.

Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least a Associate Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing, Secretarial or equivalent.
Excellent English, Bahasa Indonesia, Computer, & Filling Skill
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
Contract positions available.
