System Engineer

Requirements :

• At least 2 or more years experience in System Integration related activities
  
• Experience in support of enterprise or client server software
  
• Strong Microsoft Server experience
  
• Multiple platform experience with Linux, Windows, and Unix is ideal
  
• Experience with Networking and System management is beneficial
  
• Background in scripting or programming a significant plus
  
• Strong self – starter with a proven track record of accomplishment
  
• Knowledge in pre-sale activities such as technical proposal, quotation, Proof of Concept etc.

Job Descriptions:

• To provide installation, configuration, testing, post-implementation technical support and maintenance for application
  
• Design technical solution required to satisfy customer’s business needs
  
• Prepare or review technical documentation, procedures or training materials for customer
  
• Conduct or prepare training to customers during project implementation
  
• Resolve incidents or problems that are escalated
  
• To develop SOP, troubleshooting guides and other documentations for the support operations
  
• Handle customer relations and management activities
  
• Work closely with marketing and sales team at all levels

The Requirements:

• Male or female
  
• Minimum University Graduate
  
• Extensive experience in Information Technology Sales
• Able to work under Sales target environment
  
• A must to be excellent in English written and verbal communication skills
  
• Excellent in communication, presentation marketing and interpersonal skills
  
• Prossess intiative, mature and pleasant personality
  
• Able to co-ordinate, plan & monitor the sales activities
  
• Excellent customer relationship management
  
• Proven excellent sales track record
