FSquared Indonesia is a newly set up interior design PMA Company in Indonesia specializing in Hotels, Residential. FSquared Indonesia is a subsidiary of FSquared Malaysia, of which incorporated in Kuala Lumpur in 2004.

FSquared Indonesia is looking for below position to be filled:

OPERATIONS HEAD
Requirements :

• Hold an Interior Design or Architecture undergraduate degree
  
• Has more than 6 years experience in Interior Design operations
  
• Posses an outstanding management skills (ability to manage a people and projects at any given time)
  
• Good understanding of interior design materials
  
• Good communication skills (Indonesian and English, must be fluent)
  
• Ability to structured chain of thought, communicate and implement it accordingly
  
• Own a proven solid Project Management track record
  
• Has contacts of people in the industry (suppliers, contractors, workshops, resources)
  
• Can operate AutoCAD and Ms. Office (MS Project, MS Excel and MS Word)
  
• Has good design eyes
  
• Presentable
