HEAD OF MINING OPERATIONS

Job Description
1. Responds for developing and implementing operational plans and operational budget for the company mining operations
2. Responsible for executing the company strategies and day-to-day management of the mining operations.

3. Review and analyze systems, projects and production operations end monitor performance against business
4. Supervise and manage mining contractors as required
5. Contribute to the overalls development end operations at various project by active participation in and contribution to the mining management team
6. Manage and administer mining contracts ho ensure company schedule and budgets are met
7. Develop mining strategies maximize company cast-flow
8. Manage and initiate mine plans, road design and production schedules for tht efficient and the safe development of the mining reserves. including the implementations of life off mine, medium sort and the plans
9. Maximize the effectiveness of the mine planning process whilst at the tame time ensuring that are in place to rehabilitee areas mined as per company policies
10. Control, evaluate and constantly improve production cost
11. Ensure mining operations are in compliance with government regulations
12. Ensure the highest quality of both mining operations and employees
13. Entire the efficient and safe storage of all electronic planning date

Requirements:
1. Position based in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan required to hood to Jakarta as necessary
2. Bachelor/Master Degree in Mining Engineering from reputable university
3. Must have a minimum of 10 year experience in a mining company or a mining contractors and at last 5 years experience in managerial capacity
4. POU (Pengawas Operasional Utama) Mining Indonesia competency certificate a stoop advantage
5. Possess in-depth knowledge nit utilizing Mine

HEAD OF LEGAL (MINING INDUSTRY)

The Heed of Legal will be responsible for all legal and compliance activities such a implementation of Kit procedures in regards to various external counter-parties, negotiation art implementation of material contract, compliance with industry /governmental regulation and laws etc.

Job Description
1. Establish various legal end compliance procedures to be implemented across the company and its affiliates
2. Ensure that all activities within the company and its affiliates are in compliance with various industry and governmental laws/regulations
3. Manage all legal activities including preparing and reviewing contract letter agreements, and other legal document
4. Participate in negotiations with third parties

FINANCE MANAGER (MINING INDUSTRY)

As a key member of the finance & Accounting team, the Finance Manager will report to the Financial. The Finance Manager will have primary day-to-day responsibility to manage Finance & Accounting of mining company activities including cash management, financial accounting and reporting, monthly management accounting taxation, auditing, budgeting and forecasting, cost control and working capital analysis.

Job Description
1. Prepare and review timely and accurate management reports and tax flings for if Aries mining companies
2. Manage quarterly and annual budget preparation, updates, enforcement and monitoring, including ongoing expense monitoring and compliance
3. Manage the accounts receivable function to ensure that costumer are paying on a timely basis in accordance with approve sales orders, invoices or other documentation
4. Manage the accounts payable function to ensure that vendors are paid on a timely baste is accordance with approved purchase orders, contracts or other documentation
5. Prepare cash flow projections on a regular basis
6. Ensure the compliance of locally accepted auditing and accounting standards
7. Establish and internal controls and business processes for enhancement and development
8. Plan, organize, present and interpret testy financial statements, financial reports, special analysis and other relevant information for management decision-reeking
9. Liaise with external and internal auditors. tax agents, bankers arc third parties
10. Support other special projects on an ad-hoc bale

Requirements:
1. Bachelor/Master Degree in accounting hone reputable university or relevant degree (CPA or equivalent) and s current member of the relevant Institute of Accounting
2. Preferably with taxation certificate (Brevet AB & C)
3 Must have audit background with the top ten accounting firma
4. Must have minimum of 5 year experience in mining company or mining contractor At managerial capacity
5. Previous private equity experience is strong advantage
6. Previous experience of setting op or developing a Finance Department and providing financial control across a group of companies is strong advantage
7. Familiar with accounting software, strong understanding of local tax end accounting rules and IFRS end other International Accounting Standards
8. Resilient in upholding corporate governance & statutory requirements
9. Willing to travel both local and overseas (including site)

  • Identify Bulk & Package Gas prospective markets and opportunities.
  • Supports the Head of Sales in developing and delivering strategies for the product segments markets within the region.

  • Prepare and deliver quality, safety, health and environmental training programs as required.
  • Conduct and document regular safety and quality audits and/or inspections, follow up on corrective actions

Requirement
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a SHEQ Engineer in petroleum, petrochemical or industrial process.
