Recruitment Associate (Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
* Conduct recruitment activities as a whole (sourcing, sorting, Psikotest, interview s / d goal 4, outsourcing replacement) to obtain prospective candidates in accordance with the position and predefined and leadtime.
* Conduct recruitment process improvement related to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of recruitment run
* Monitoring of cooperation with third parties relating to the recruitment (such as the Internet, newspapers, universities, outsourced vendors, etc.) as a means of meeting manpower needs appropriate and timely manner.
* To update the data and create reports related to the recruitment process that is running regularly and accurately to providing up to date information on recruitment activity
Qualifications:
* Male / female
* Min. S1 Psychology
* experience min. 2 yrs working as a Recruitment Analyst / HR Analyst.
* Target-oriented.
* Able to work under pressure and with tight deadlines.
Inspector (Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
* Conduct a series of survey closure and survey process claims in accordance with procedures to obtain detailed information about the condition of the vehicle as well as handle walk-in customers if needed
* input data and survey results of the survey risk claims into the system so that the data was registered into the system and risk survey results can be processed for making policy
* Perform related improvement work scope for work to be done to more effectively and efficiently and improve customer satisfaction.
* Create a report that related to the survey to provide complete information needed about all the activities of the survey.
Qualifications:
* Men
* Insurance D3 or D3 Mechanical Engineering,
* experience min 1 year or Mechanical Inspector.
* Can drive a motorcycle.
Marketing Head (Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
* Create a market analysis of each segment in accordance with market conditions in the branches as the basis of market potential and the proposed branch target planning.
* Make a budget plan, activities, and human resources that will be used as a reference work to achieve the targets set.
* Maintain relations with customers (new & existing) in order to expand and deepen cooperation can facilitate the business, either new or renewal
* Monitoring of accounts receivable follow-up is problematic for the pending bills to be resolved.
* Dealing with problems that occur at the outlet which it is responsible for sales activities continue to run smoothly
* Perform related improvement work to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of work
* To develop subordinates to work to achieve optimal results

Business Associate (BA) Business Alliance (Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
* Implement a business model in the framework of cooperation with third parties to add new potential distribution channels to increase production.
* Conduct a profitable cooperation with third parties who have a mass distribution network to increase production.
* Maintain good relationships with third parties, to strengthen business relations and increase the production of segments biz alliance.
* maintain A / R in the segment of the Business Alliance to ensure the A / R.

Qualifications:

Bancassurance (Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
* Implement a business model in the framework of cooperation with banks through bancassurance activities to add new potential distribution channels to increase production.
* Conduct a profitable cooperation with the bank that has a customer database with a large volume to increase production
* Maintain good relationships with banks, to strengthen business relations and increase the production of segments & bancassurance alliance biz
* maintain A / R in the bancassurance segment of the business alliance and make sure A / R properly completed according to specified time and procedures
* To evaluate the data related to business development as an input to enhance business development program that has been done and further business development program.
Qualifications:
* Male / female
* Max 35 years
* 1-2 years marketing experience, preferably dealing with bank insurance marketing.
* Have experience in bancassurance.
