Human Resources Development Manager

Main responsibilities of the HRD Manager are:

• Training and development functions
  
• Compensation & benefits
  
• Personnel administration
  
• Employment legal

To qualify, you shall at least:

• Hold a degree from relevant discipline
  
• Have at least 5 years experience as HRD Manager in a reputable company
  
• Have competency of the above-mentioned responsibilities
  
• Be independent, matured, and fluent in English
