The station is similar to other commercial stations, showing news, movies, drama series, variety shows, quiz shows, and children's programs.

Trans TV programming includes variety shows such as Extravaganza, the Dorce Show (hosted by Dorce Gamalama) and Indonesian versions of Thank God You're Here (Akhirnya Datang Juga) and The Gong Show. It also broadcasts religious programs, movies, gossip shows soap operas and regular news.

Reporter Radio
Requirements :

* Male, max 25 years old
* Understand in English
* Bachelor degree (S1) in Communication, preferred form Journalism

Research & Development
Requirements :

* Male / Female
* Min. Bachelor Degree in Psychology/FISIP/Public Relation/Statistic/Communication from reputable University
* Conversant with MS office operation, SPSS
* Have a good Personality , extrovert,strong intership skill, Energetic and creative
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
* Good Character and able to work under deadlines and pressure

Account Executive & Senior Account Executive (AE)
Requirements :

* Male / Female
* Min. Bachelor Degree from reputable University
* Have min 1 year experience (AE) and 3-5 years experiences (Senior AE) in Sales & Marketing, especially in Media would be prioritized
* Conversant with MS office operation
* Have a good Personality , extrovert,strong intership skill, negotiating skill, willing traveling
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
* Computer literate,esp.Microsoft Office
* Energetic and creative
* Good Character and able to work under deadlines and pressure
