Receptionist (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

* Answering the telephone and making calls to clients or staffs.
* Greeting Visitors. Greet everyone coming into the office with a smile. Be friendly, warm and make everyone feel welcome.
* Make sure all the meeting rooms area are clean and orderly so it is a pleasant place for clients for meeting or waiting.
* Keep appointment book for meeting rooms accurately filled in.
* Making sure each piece of mail is recorded and gets delivered properly to staffs .

Requirements:

* Female, age 19 – 23 years old with professional appearance and pleasant personality.
* D1 graduates from a reputable local college from any major with a minimum GPA of 2.80. High school graduates with short courses education are welcome to apply.
* Must be good in conversational English and basic computer operations.

Junior Tax Consultants
IDR 2500000 - 4000000 (Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

* Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility in clerical’s jobs, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress.
* Assist in preparing reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties.
* Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel.

Requirements:

* Male/Female
* Graduates from a reputable local or international university with a minimum GPA of 2.80 majoring in:
o Tax Consultant/Tax Compliance:Accounting/Fiscal Administration
o Transfer Pricing Consultant: Accounting/Industrial Economics/Management/Economics / Fiscal Administration
* Preferably below 25 years old.
* Attention to details
* Able to work in a team/individual

Secretary Partner
IDR 3000000 - 6000000 (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* To assists Partner(s) and/ or Manager (s) in doing their activities efficiently and effectively in order to get high result for the company.
o Handle daily activities as stated below but not limited to handle incoming/outgoing letters, handle incoming/outgoing calls, receive/send faxes.
o Responsible on the schedule of the Partner(s) and/or Manager(s)
o Do travel arrangements
o Assist the Partner(s) and/or Manager(s) in preparing their presentation

* Maximum 25 years of age
* D3 Degree (preferably from Secretarial Academy/ English literatur) with 2 years working experience in secretarial duties.
