Lowongan Kerja Office Manager NGO Management Sciences for Health USAID

Management Sciences for Health (MSH) seeks an Office Manager for a USAID-funded program to increase performance and technical knowledge required by organizations to effectively implement integrated interventions targeting most-at-risk-populations. The project will introduce evidence-based interventions to strengthen organizations’ capacity to deliver quality services.

Please note that this position is contingent upon funding and relocation allowances are not available.

Overall responsibilities:

The Office Manager ensures that administrative, office operations and management systems are conducted according to all laws and regulations of Indonesia, MSH and USAID regulations, standard operating procedures and good business practices. In addition, he or she provides secretarial, administrative and logistics support management to the technical assistance team for the successful implementation of activities in Indonesia. The Office Manager facilitates good communication between the Indonesia field office and MSH offices in the United States.

Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in business administration (MBA) or accounting
  • Strong strategic ability and proven skills in management and office operations
  • Prior experience managing finance and accounting, human resources, information technology and office operations functions
  • Experience and knowledge of USAID regulations preferred; experience with international development projects preferred
  • Computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel spreadsheets, word processing, and electronic mail along with data entry experience)
  • Demonstrated competence in assessing priorities and manage a variety of activities in a time-sensitive environment and ability to meet deadlines with attention to detail and quality
  • Experience with organizing workshops and training courses, preparing and monitoring budgets in an international organization preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to interact professionally with a culturally diverse staff, clients, and consultants
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Superior public relations and problem solving abilities
  • Strong communication writing and analytical skills demonstrated through a problem solving approach to administrative issues and a systems approach to management
  • Familiarity with protocols associated with managing a field office
  • Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills and participatory management
  • Fluent in English

Lowongan Kerja USAID IndonesiaU.S. Agency for International Development (USAID)/Office of Basic Human Services (BHS) based in Jakarta is recruiting Indonesian Nationals for the position of Human Immunodeficiency Virus/Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (HIV/AIDS) and other infectious diseases Specialist (Post Code: BHS). Salary starts from Rp. 20,279,510 per month depending on qualifications, experience and salary history.

BASIC FUNCTION OF POSITION:
The incumbent provides technical assistance to the management of all expanded portfolio focusing primarily on HIV AIDS and Tuberculosis (TB), HIV co-infection and malaria, and reports to the Senior Technical Advisor for HIV/AIDS, or her/his delegated authority.

QUALIFICATIONS :
  • Master’s Degree in public Health or equivalent postgraduate degree is required with a Bachelor’s degree in a health science or allied life science, such as medicine, sociology, psychology, biology, pharmacy and public health.
  • Ten (10) years of progress experience with public health development programs in Indonesia is required, either with the public sector and/or NGOs/private sector/civil society organizations. Prior experience with HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis or either infectious diseases programs would be an asset.
  • Level IV (Fluent) Speaking/reading/written in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
  • Must have solid technical knowledge and understanding of the development, management and evaluation of public health/development programs.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word are required.
  • Must have a high degree of interpersonal, analytical, communication, managerial, leadership, planning, coordinating, negotiation and problem solving skills.
