Lowongan Kerja Office Manager NGO Management Sciences for Health USAID
Management Sciences for Health (MSH) seeks an Office Manager for a USAID-funded program to increase performance and technical knowledge required by organizations to effectively implement integrated interventions targeting most-at-risk-populations. The project will introduce evidence-based interventions to strengthen organizations’ capacity to deliver quality services.
Please note that this position is contingent upon funding and relocation allowances are not available.
Overall responsibilities:
The Office Manager ensures that administrative, office operations and management systems are conducted according to all laws and regulations of Indonesia, MSH and USAID regulations, standard operating procedures and good business practices. In addition, he or she provides secretarial, administrative and logistics support management to the technical assistance team for the successful implementation of activities in Indonesia. The Office Manager facilitates good communication between the Indonesia field office and MSH offices in the United States.
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in business administration (MBA) or accounting
- Strong strategic ability and proven skills in management and office operations
- Prior experience managing finance and accounting, human resources, information technology and office operations functions
- Experience and knowledge of USAID regulations preferred; experience with international development projects preferred
- Computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel spreadsheets, word processing, and electronic mail along with data entry experience)
- Demonstrated competence in assessing priorities and manage a variety of activities in a time-sensitive environment and ability to meet deadlines with attention to detail and quality
- Experience with organizing workshops and training courses, preparing and monitoring budgets in an international organization preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to interact professionally with a culturally diverse staff, clients, and consultants
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Superior public relations and problem solving abilities
- Strong communication writing and analytical skills demonstrated through a problem solving approach to administrative issues and a systems approach to management
- Familiarity with protocols associated with managing a field office
- Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills and participatory management
- Fluent in English
