Area Sales & Marketing Manager
(Jakarta Raya, Jawa Barat, Jawa Tengah, Jawa Timur, Kalimantan Barat, Kalimantan Selatan, Kalimantan Tengah, Kalimantan Timur, Riau, Sulawesi Selatan, Sulawesi Tengah, Sulawesi Tenggara, Sulawesi Utara, Sumatera Selatan)
Responsibilities:
- Manage, prepare marketing programs, budgeting, follow-up and responsible for the implementation and result/progress.
- Ensure the correct implementation of advertising & promotion activities, and the achievement of targeted market hare & sales volume objectives by planning, directing, coordinating and controlling all sales and promotion activities.
- Managing operational & cost control
- Responsible for sales & marketing activities and achievement for all sales team.
- Maintain relationship with customers (Owner, Buyer, End user & project)
- Responsible for stocks and forecasting for purchase.
- Developing new business, products, new areas and research for customer needs
- Oversee the AR from customers & auditing
- Recruiting & evaluate the performance of the staff
- In charge and handle regular training for staff, sales & marketing division
- Prepare & summit presentation for customers
- Traveling and visit customers, especially main customers.
- Male / Female
- Age between 30 – 40 Years old
- Sales and distribution for Consumer Good (Modern & Traditional markets) supplies min. 2 years
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Doctorate, any field.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
- Having owned vehicle & SIM A
- Eager to travel all around Indonesia to visit customers and develop new potential business in his territorial. This job requires frequent outlet visits after office hour.
- Have an excellent interpersonal relationship, as well as team working.
