Probase Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is a world leading company dealing in soil road technology products. Our core business activities include manufacturing of soil stabilizer and soil road installation / maintenance. To meet the demands of upgrading the road we are currently looking for the right candidates to join our expanding operations throughout Indonesia to fill the post of :

Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• To focus on business development to achieve set target growth.
  
• To expand customer base as well as to serve existing clients.
  
• To attend customer's feed back, enquiries or other need immediately
  
• To build, motivate and lead a strong and effective sales team.
  
• Co-ordinating and liaising with customers, head quarter.
  
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years relevant working experience
  
• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
  
• Familiarize in Government Industries and plantation road.
  
• Pleasant and dynamic personality with great enthusiasm in sales.
  
• Self motivated and result oriented with strong desire to succeed and ability to work independently.
  
• Computer literate and good communication skill
  
• Willing to travel intensively all over Indonesia .
