Qualifications :
- Good understanding in general accounting such as accruals, prepayment, fixed assets accounting, stock accounting, journal entries
- Managing banking payments and receipts
- Preparing monthly bank reconciliations
- Preparing monthly schedules such as employee cash advances, employee loans
- Preparing suppliers’ payments in banking systems
- Maintaining head office petty cash and disbursement
Qualifications :
- Good understanding in general accounting such as accruals, prepayment, fixed assets accounting, stock accounting, journal entries
- Individually manage suppliers’ invoices and booking up to payment
- Manually input all petty cash expenses
- Reconcile AP ledger with suppliers’ statements
- Ability to prepare weekly aging statements and reconciliation with general ledger
- Ability to monitor and review monthly salary prepared by HRD
- Ability to prepare monthly salary journal entries such as income tax, vacation provision
- Ability to prepare monthly VAT returns, WHT returns.
