HR Supervisor

Requirements:

• Male, max 30 years old
  
• Min. S1 from Psychology, Law or Human Resources management from reputable university
  
• Experience min.2 years in the same field (in retail company would be an advantage)
  
• Having experience & good knowledge in whole recruitment process from beginning until end process
  
• Having a good knowledge in Human Labour Law, jamsostek, medical insurance, compensation & benefits
  
• Good knowledge in people or organizational development
  
• Experience in handling industrial relations
  
• Excellent communication & fluent in English
  
• Able to work under pressure
