As a TEMPORARY RECRUITER, you will be responsible for conducting effective and efficient recruitment process that starts from identifying the best fit candidates deemed suitable with job requirements through advertising, screening, interviews, salary recommendation and offering.

In details, you will be in charge for the following scope of responsibilities:
- Reviewing and screening talents
- Ensuring effective and efficient interview practices through preliminary interview processes
- Arranging all schedules as required for selection activities, from HR Interviews to Offering Session
- Preparing and distributing ‘Thank You’ letter to those unsuccessful candidates
- Collecting all the required personal documents from the Candidate’s part
- Supporting the managers in preparing and processing salary recommendations
- Processing incoming CVs for the benefits of organization, particularly in keep enriching the talent data bank
- Acting as the ‘front entrance’ of the new comers, to welcome and introduce the incumbent to the User and the Organization as an overall
- Bachelor degree in Psychology or related major from reputable university
- Having minimum 2 years working experience in related area, preference will be given to individual with "search"/ headhunting" experience
- Willing to work for 6 months (project based)
- Good interpersonal skills, discipline, result oriented, highly motivated, tenacious and possess wide professional network
- Excellent English communication skills and confident dealing with senior level executives
- Solid knowledge in recruitment system, selection tools, and sourcing method is MUST
- Proven high computer skills
